About The Position

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, is looking for a Production Specialist to join their growing team. This role is for the 2nd shift, working from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM, with a shift schedule of Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts, and start times varying between 2:30 – 4:30 AM. The hourly rate is $19.11/hour plus a shift differential. The Production Specialist will service and operate mixing equipment to produce various Conagra Brands products. The company has a team of approximately 500 employees in Fayetteville. Training on equipment and processes will be provided. The work environment is climate-controlled depending on the assigned line. Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate in English, and pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

Service and operate mixing equipment to produce Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol products and more.
Learn multiple roles and fill in as production needs.
Learn how to operate a power jack.
Work in SAP to conduct scan inventory property and to ensure recipe compliance.
Keep a clean and organized work area.
Meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy.
Complete quality paperwork and receive training on our systems.
