THE PRODUCTION SPECIALIST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PLANNING AND MANAGING PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES BASED ON CLIENT JOB ORDERS THAT ARE RECEIVED.

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills, without error, to clients at the highest level (legal environment preferred)
  • Ability to multi-manage several projects at one time and under stressful conditions and time deadlines.
  • A commitment to excellence and to making a difference; results-driven, improvement-focused, and action-oriented self-starter who can manage various responsibilities simultaneously and proactively and continually look for a better way of doing things.
  • DEMONSTRATE EFFECTIVE TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CLIENTS AND FELLOW TEAM MEMBERS.
  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED EQUIVALENT
  • 2-3 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN A HIGH-VOLUME AND FAST-PACED PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT OR EQUIVALENT
  • EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WITH DATA CONVERSION, DATABASE CREATION, AND DATA DELIVERY PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES

Responsibilities

  • Perform production work for assignments received, including scanning projects, reprographics, print jobs, data conversions, oversized scanning, and post-processing (i.e., EBS, QC, burn-to-disc, blowbacks, etc.), and oversee similar work performed by other team members.
  • Assist other First Legal branches with overflow work as assigned based on production needs.
  • Coordinate on-site scanning projects and manage the data received to meet post-production guidelines.
  • Generate client invoices utilizing DataTrac, Summary Builder, and other systems as needed based on completed work orders.
  • Responsible for the procurement of raw materials and maintenance of appropriate levels of inventory required to sustain daily operations.
  • Develops and maintains an excellent working relationship with other departments, staff, and coworkers to ensure we exceed customer expectations and needs.
  • Maintains high-level confidentiality concerning all internal and external matters and other material as deemed necessary.
