About The Position

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, proud makers of Hungry Man, Gardein and Evol, is looking for Production Specialist to join our growing team! You will join a team of about 500 employees and work 3rd shift. You will report to a Shift Lead. You will service and operate our mixing equipment to produce Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol products and more. We have a great compensation package, and benefits start at 60 days! You will work in a climate-controlled environment depending on the line that you are assigned to. We will train you on our equipment and processes.

Requirements

• MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE, AND COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK.

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple roles and file in as production needs
• Learn how to operate a power jack
• Work in SAP to conduct scan inventory property and to ensure recipe compliance
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy
• Complete quality paperwork and receive training on our systems
