About The Position

The Production Specialist will report to the Production/ QA Manager or designated Manager within the Operations Department. The Production Specialist will assist in providing WMP Product support by creating WMP documentation deliverables for internal customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, including the ability to effectively present information.
• Must be highly skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications, including but not limited to intermediate knowledge of the following software products: Google Suite, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
• Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a science or engineering field.
• Have a proven track record working with key project leaders and/or decision-makers.
• Experience with cloud-based project management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the client’s WMP deliverable documentation
• Actively participates in the development, implementation, and execution of internal processes and procedures to enhance and improve the WMP delivery model
• Assists in standardizing company WMP deliverables and helps facilitate the appropriate resources necessary to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Assists in managing regional team expectations regarding Production/ Quality processes, deliverables, timelines, status, and issues.
• Establishes, manages, and maintains project plans with external and internal partners.
• Provide status reports to the Production/ QA Manager for communication to Phigenics management.
• Assist in the development of quality assurance/control processes
• Takes on additional project responsibilities or duties as needed
