About The Position

Staccato is seeking a Production Specialist I to support packaging and shipping preparation in its warehouse in Florence, Texas. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, this role supports production operations by learning and applying proper storage and protection practices for materials used in packaging and shipping. The Production Specialist I works in accordance with the company’s quality management system SOPs and helps meet departmental production and efficiency targets. The role takes place in an industrial environment and may involve scheduled shifts of 10–12 hours, not exceeding 40 hours per week.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in small warehouse operations.
Experience with ground and LTL shipment processes.
Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or a proven track record of success using LEAN principles.
Ability to repeatedly lift more than 40 pounds over an extended period each day.
Flexibility to work 10–12 hours per day, not to exceed 40 hours per week.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team to meet production goals.
Ability to operate basic machinery.
Ability to work scheduled shifts in an industrial environment, including long periods of standing.

Responsibilities

Perform incoming and in-process visual inspections of products and materials.
Package and label finished products.
Palletize orders for shipment.
Store and restock packaging materials, including using a forklift and stairs.
Maintain a safe work environment and identify, resolve, and report employee safety issues or concerns.
Meet or exceed departmental production and efficiency targets.
Complete physical inventory counts as required.
Resolve conflicts and issues professionally and respectfully.
Ensure company policies, rules, and regulations are followed.
Follow rack and warehouse safety protocols.
Communicate daily with peers and management about departmental operations.
Package and move finished products to support production operations.
Collect spent brass from onsite pistol, rifle, and shotgun ranges.
