As a Sous Chef at Aria, you will oversee the daily operations of the Main Kitchen, Garde Manger, Cook Chill and Butcher Shop, providing hands-on leadership in a high-volume culinary environment. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you will support the achievement of departmental operational, financial, and culinary objectives while ensuring exceptional food quality, production efficiency, food safety compliance, labor productivity, inventory management, and team development. This position plays a key leadership role in high-volume food production supporting restaurants, banquets, employee dining, specialty outlets, and internal customers throughout Aria Resort & Casino. You will maintain MGM Resorts' service and operational standards while delivering exceptional guest and employee experiences.
