We are seeking a Production Shift Manager who excels at leading people—someone who can motivate, coach, and develop teams to consistently perform at their best. While familiarity with manufacturing environments is valuable, success in this role is driven by leadership, communication, and the ability to build a strong, accountable team culture. The Production Shift Manager oversees the safe and efficient manufacturing of quality products by effectively managing manpower, materials, and equipment. This role directs the activities of the extrusion, converting, and printing departments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, production schedules, and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning work, assigning tasks, assisting in hiring, training new employees, and consistently enforcing company policies. This position follows a 2-2-3 schedule. Strong preference for candidates open to night shift.
