About The Position

The Shift Manager oversees all aspects of production during their shift, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and customer service standards. They lead the shift team to maintain a safe, efficient, and quality-focused environment while following company policies and procedures. The role requires a continuous improvement mindset and ownership and accountability for shift outcomes, working closely with support departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shift teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced production environment, fostering strong performance and teamwork.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to the production schedule.
• Promptly resolve production, quality, or safety issues while ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and product quality standards.
• Use KPIs to monitor and direct team performance.
• Train, motivate, and supervise production employees, promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Work with management and support departments to achieve production goals.
