Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills—you can pivot when plans don’t go as expected.
  • Ability to navigate SAP (or similar ERP systems) & Excel.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills—you’ll work across multiple departments.
  • High sense of urgency & adaptability—this is a high-impact, high-visibility role.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & release daily production schedules while optimizing efficiency.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to keep operations on track.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on service levels, schedule attainment, and inventory issues.
  • Use SAP & Excel to track performance, optimize workflows, and drive improvements.
  • Take ownership of your area, making strategic adjustments to drive efficiency.
  • Align production with customer demand, inventory levels, and operational capacity.
  • Solve scheduling challenges in real-time—adjusting for delays, inventory constraints, and production shifts.
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor trends, improve scheduling accuracy, and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with key teams (Operations, Sales, Warehousing, and Customer Service) to align priorities and ensure execution.
