About The Position

The Production Scheduler coordinates production priorities, schedules, and workflow communication across manufacturing, logistics, and administrative teams. The role ensures production activities align with delivery commitments, operational requirements, and company processes. As a key point of coordination between departments, the Production Scheduler helps maintain production efficiency and support on-time order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily communication between the Production floor and Administrative team to maintain workflow visibility, operational alignment, and efficient information sharing.
Prioritize daily production schedules for Screens and Awnings based on truck schedules, delivery requirements, customer commitments, and operational capacity.
Partner with the Logistics/Shipping team to align production completion dates with scheduled deliveries and customer commitments.
Partner with the Customer Experience Team to meet dealer commitments and support on-time delivery.
Assess operational concerns, process changes, and special requests before they reach the production floor to ensure they are practical, efficient, and aligned with current manufacturing processes.
Monitor production workflows and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and priority changes.
Help maintain accurate production data and scheduling information to support operational decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Review complex or high-priority orders before production begins and escalate concerns when necessary.
Support production planning meetings and provide scheduling updates.
