About The Position

As a Production Scheduler, you will support planning and scheduling operations for one of Plastipak’s largest manufacturing sites. Partnering with carriers, vendors and customers, you will contribute to Plastipak’s ranking as an industry leader in the design and manufacture of rigid plastic containers.

Requirements

• Ability to work weekdays and on-call rotation
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• One (1) year of relevant SAP experience
• Ability to troubleshoot & problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between customers, conversion and quality departments
• Determine the schedule for assigned production lines
• Review raw materials required and procure the appropriate stock levels
• Formulate long term production plans for dedicated lines to plan and account for inventory building
