Requirements

Degree in Administration or equivalent experience required
Minimum of three years of progressive experience in Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchases, Quality
Three or more years of direct project management experience, professional recognition and industry networking are desired
High-level of proficiency in speaking to large audiences,
Able to lead and direct diverse teams
100% of English written and spoken
Strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, MRP (SAP, Oracle, AS400), Power BI or dashboard tool is desirable, etc.

Responsibilities

Managed day a day production scheduled.
Review with purchasing team the shortages
Responsible for plant attainment goals and actual (Daily, weekly & Monthly)
Lead delivery actions and FCC daily meetings
Work with engineering to process correctly the revision.
Updated daily production plan
Make sure the MES is updated with current status of the units
Daily discussion with production on shortages and decided units going to the line
Make sure customer dates are met
Provide feedback and information to Customer Service on the progress of the units
