Requirements

  • Strong hands on experience and understanding of ERP systems.
  • Prior experience with production scheduling and load/capacity management required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Manufacturing or Production Planning/Scheduling, Master Scheduling Experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Proven ability in advanced Excel Skills is a must.
  • Collaborative, data driven, and curious personality to help with continuous improvement activities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Epicor Kinetic (ERP) is a plus
  • Basic Experience or understanding of SQL is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and release manufacturing plans to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor and adjust the production schedule as required to ensure customer delivery requirements are maintained.
  • Review material requirements and coordinate with Purchasing to resolve any material discrepancies.
  • Provide Purchasing with forecasted material requirements when required.
  • Maintain data in ERP system as necessary.
  • Monitor customer min/max inventory levels and enter delivery schedules and work orders as needed.
  • Load and remove the customer forecast as required.
  • Production control for kitting & min/max programs.
  • Requires close collaboration with sales, engineering, procurement and Operations teams.
