Requirements

• Generate all engineering data to include drawings, work orders and material travelers for production.
• Assist sales when required to establish labor costs.
• Maintain drawing files, and assist the manufacturing manager with scheduling issues.
• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Specialized skills training/certification may be required.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Determines and sources raw materials needed to produce parts when required.
• Distributes work orders to shop for processing.
• Generates and approves all drawings, work orders and material travelers needed for manufacturing.
• Enters and maintains all job orders into time keeping system for job costing.
• Receives all work orders into inventory.
• Maintains drawing files in system.
• Generates all required reports for work orders and work order system.
• Assists inventory control when required.
