About The Position

This position is responsible for leading the cleaning and sanitizing of value-added departments and some warehouse cleaning. The role involves administering, supervising, and coordinating sanitation employees across three shifts. It also includes monitoring and evaluating operating company (OpCo) sanitation practices, processes, and methods, and overseeing the sanitizing of value-added departments. The position requires the ability to perform general warehouse cleaning duties such as cleaning, mopping, and sweeping, and to help maintain the cleanliness of the facilities property by picking up trash/debris and addressing sanitation improvement opportunities. Additionally, the role involves creating standard operating procedures (SOP) and a master sanitation schedule (MSS).

Requirements

Food plant sanitation management experience
Understanding of general building sanitation.
Leading a team of sanitation workers.
Microsoft Office and general computer competency.
Ability to work independently and work effectively under strict time constraints.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Prefer High School or GED.
