About The Position

Paisley Farm, part of The Fremont Company family, is seeking a Production & Sanitation Associate for its Willoughby, Ohio facility. This role involves a split shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, with 10-hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week. The associate will perform hands-on production tasks and sanitation duties to ensure the facility and production lines are maintained to high standards. The company has a long-standing tradition of providing Farm Fresh Flavor since 1905.

Requirements

• Ability to work a 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to perform both production and sanitation tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment during assigned shifts
• Perform sanitation and cleaning duties in production areas following food safety standards
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and food safety protocols
• Assist with changeovers and equipment cleaning between production runs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
• Communicate any equipment or quality issues to shift leads
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
