Paisley Farm, a part of The Fremont Company family, is seeking a Production & Sanitation Associate for its Willoughby, Ohio facility. This role is crucial for maintaining production lines and ensuring a spotless facility. The position involves a split shift, dedicating time to both hands-on production tasks and sanitation duties. The company has a long-standing tradition of bringing Farm Fresh Flavor to tables, dating back to 1905.

Requirements

• Ability to work a 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to perform both production and sanitation tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment during assigned shifts
• Perform sanitation and cleaning duties in production areas following food safety standards
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and food safety protocols
• Assist with changeovers and equipment cleaning between production runs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
• Communicate any equipment or quality issues to shift leads
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
