About The Position

The Production Range Test Inspector I is responsible for keeping the range stocked with loaded magazines to meet the needs of the production build plan and maintaining inventory list for ammo. This individual works both independently and in a team environment with internal team members.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent, or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically requires no prior work experience.
Ability to pass and maintain Range Certification.
Knowledge about either pistols or rifles.
Must be quick to complete tasks on time.
Must be able to clearly and accurately convey ideas and information to others, both verbally and in written form.
Capable of completing assigned tasks on time.

Responsibilities

Will be trained to understand rejects and codes.
Maintain accurate inventory count of ammo for the range.
Responsible for using system to determine inventory on magazines.
Communicate effectively to supervision regarding problems and corrective action.
Participate in 5S workplace organizational activities and maintain the area in good working order through sustainment activities.
Follow all ISO and EHS procedures including all lead and hearing training and testing.
Adhere to all company policies.
Regular on-site attendance and punctuality are a necessary function of this position.
May be required to work in other functional areas and/or facilities depending on business needs.
May be required to work overtime or alternate shifts based on business needs.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
