Production Racker - 1st Shift
About The Position
This is a hands-on, fast-paced general labor position in a manufacturing environment — perfect for someone dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work. As a Production Racker, you will rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders. You will safely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damage, perform visual inspections of parts before processing, and record production information accurately. You will also monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals.
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior manufacturing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
