About The Position

Ditsch USA is looking for a Production Quality Technician to join our team on 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, food production, or inspection experience who wants to learn quality control and food safety processes. Training is provided. You’ll spend your time on the production floor helping ensure Ditsch USA products meet quality, safety, packaging, and customer standards.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures and complete documentation accurately
• Enjoys being active and working on the production floor
• Reliable attendance record
• Good communication skills with coworkers and supervisors
• Ability to notice problems and speak up when something doesn’t look right
• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, food production, or inspection experience

Nice To Haves

• Previous quality experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products throughout the production process
• Check product weights, temperatures, appearance, packaging, and labels
• Complete quality checks and record results
• Verify products meet company and customer requirements
• Identify quality concerns and communicate issues to the production team
• Review production paperwork for accuracy
• Support food safety and quality standards throughout the facility
• Work closely with production employees to help maintain product consistency
