About The Position

Ditsch USA is looking for a Production Quality Technician to join their team on 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, food production, or inspection, who are eager to learn quality control and food safety processes. Training is provided for this position.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures and complete documentation accurately
• Enjoys being active and working on the production floor
• Reliable attendance record
• Good communication skills with coworkers and supervisors
• Ability to notice problems and speak up when something doesn’t look right

Nice To Haves

• Previous quality experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products throughout the production process
• Check product weights, temperatures, appearance, packaging, and labels
• Complete quality checks and record results
• Verify products meet company and customer requirements
• Identify quality concerns and communicate issues to the production team
• Review production paperwork for accuracy
• Support food safety and quality standards throughout the facility
• Work closely with production employees to help maintain product consistency
