About The Position

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Quality Inspectors in Crestline. No previous quality inspection experience is required. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing quality work, this could be a great opportunity to build manufacturing experience while enjoying more full days off. This role offers a unique schedule where you work only about 15 days each month, have every other weekend off, and get built-in weekdays off. You will know your rotating schedule in advance.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and reliability
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand throughout a 12-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule
• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots (leather or suede)
• Ability to wear required PPE
• Background check required
• Oral drug screen required (THC excluded)

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for cosmetic and quality defects
• Verify products meet established quality standards
• Identify and separate products that don't meet requirements
• Package approved finished products for shipment
• Accurately complete inspection documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow required PPE and safety procedures
