Nice To Haves

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Finishing/Fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Quality verification and touchup of metal material prep process including surface grinding, final DA surface finishing, removal of weld spatter, press forming dimple dies, minor weld repairs, and ensuring proper fitment of small part components.
Great Attention to Detail.
Visual Inspection of Metal Parts and Components.
Physical touch up, repair and rework of unacceptable parts.
Work upstream to resolve repeat issues.
Reliable and consistent attendance.
Meet and exceed production throughput goals.
Meet and exceed quality standards.
Communicate with Leads, Supervisors, and the Quality Team.
General preventative care and maintenance of Company supplied tools and equipment.
