Requirements

Strong computer proficiency, including advanced skills in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work independently and with individuals from multiple disciplines and varying levels of experience
2-3 years of inventory management/control experience
Basic knowledge and understanding of manufacturing
Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Nice To Haves

prior juice manufacturing experience preferred
Associates degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Compiles and maintains comprehensive production information, including production rates, material usage, production progress, and customer‑related details and specs, ensuring all associated reports are accurately updated
Creates, maintains, reviews, and finalizes all production work orders while collaborating closely with all production departments to ensure accuracy of inventory consumption, finished product outputs and costing
Maintains thorough documentation of inventory flow, ensuring proper filing practices and preparing detailed reports for upper management
Verifies availability of items scheduled for shipment by reviewing inventory records or coordinating with the warehouse team on physical inventory checks as needed
Updates the inventory database to reflect new, modified, or discontinued items in a timely and accurate manner
Conducts in depth research, with the warehouse team, to identify and resolve production and inventory discrepancies
Assists in identifying and developing solutions for specific operational, production, or inventory‑related issues
Supports the execution of departmental projects and provides recommendations for process improvements to relevant leadership
Performs additional duties and participates in special projects as assigned
