As a Production Planner Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by leading cross-functional projects across the business to effectively drive change in service, cost, and inventory. You will develop and maintain operating rhythms to ensure smooth supply chain operations, aligning supply with demand. You will maintain relevant planning master data and support new product introduction and phase-in phase out material business processes, and associated change management processes. You will provide a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making. You will publish and present service and inventory metrics and results. You will identify and lead projects that improve supply chain speed and inventory investment. You will review and report on project progress with management. You will work closely with the business unit to understand customer requirements and forecasts. You will work closely with manufacturing to ensure alignment to business requirements by setting and maintaining sufficient inventory levels and lead times. You will actively manage working and non-working inventories in assigned businesses to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment targets. You will utilize Supply Chain tools and processes such as SAP, EWM, Power BI. You will utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve service, inventory turns, and non-working inventory. You will utilize Supply Chain parameter management tools to optimize planning parameters (safety stock, lot size, EOQ, Loop & Supermarket, lead time).
