The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Production Planner Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Lead cross functional projects across the business to effectively drive change in service, cost, and inventory. Develops and maintains operating rhythms to ensure smooth supply chain operations, aligning supply with demand. Maintains relevant planning master data and supports new product introduction and phase-in phase out material business processes, and associated change management processes. Provides a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making. Publishes and presents service and inventory metrics and results. Identifies and leads projects that improve supply chain speed and inventory investment. Review and reports on project progress with management. Works closely with the business unit to understand customer requirements and forecasts. Works closely with manufacturing to ensure alignment to business requirements by setting and maintaining sufficient inventory levels and lead times. Actively manage working and non-working inventories in assigned businesses to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment targets. Utilize Supply Chain tools and processes such as SAP, EWM, Power BI. Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve service, inventory turns, and non-working inventory Utilize Supply Chain parameter management tools to optimize planning parameters (safety stock, lot size, EOQ, Loop & Supermarket, lead time)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
  • Three (3) years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, production, and/or customer service in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) CPIM certification is preferred
  • Six Sigma Green Belt project experience and/or certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft office – (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with a Manufacturing Execution and/or Planning System (e.g. SAP, Proprietary, Oracle, JDA, etc…)
  • Experience in Lean Scheduling or Lean Manufacturing
  • Experience with Microsoft VBA Macros, SQL, MS Cloud Apps (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Power BI).
