Requirements

Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment and hands-on experience planning and controlling production orders from release through completion.
Strong SAP experience required (PP/MM modules preferred), including creation, release, tracking, and closing of production orders.
Solid understanding of MRP, BOMs, routings, lead times, and production scheduling principles.
Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience acting as a key interface between Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production.
Confident in presenting planning constraints, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Planning and controlling production orders in SAP/R3 from release to completion.
Coordinating material availability with procurement, warehouse, and the operational production teams.
Monitoring production progress and adjust schedules to avoid bottlenecks.
Accurately maintaining material master data and ensure data quality to guarantee planning reliability.
Acting as the key interface between sales, procurement, and production to ensure smooth alignment across departments.
Analyzing capacity and workloads to support both daily scheduling and long-term strategies.
Driving continuous improvements in our production planning processes with a focus on optimization.
