Requirements

2+ years production material handling experience in an electronic assembly environment
Familiarity and understanding of relevant ISO requirements
Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
Proficient in SAP
Working Knowledge of MS Office
Basic computer literacy

Responsibilities

Ensures that resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment are efficiently utilized to meet production goals.
Creates schedules and timelines to ensure that production targets are met within the specified timeframes.
Streamlines production processes and minimizes downtime, contributing to cost savings and increasing revenue.
Works with cross-functional teams to create a good production plan and ensure timely and successful completion of production orders, considering available resources.
Supervises resources and progress throughout the whole production process and supports all process steps in close collaboration with all dependent key interfaces.
Anticipates and mitigates risks to production, such as equipment failures, supply chain disruptions, or capacity bottlenecks. Develops contingency plans to minimize the impact of unexpected events.
Ensures compliance with the processes and procedures. Helps to optimize the production processes in close cooperation with all dependent key interfaces.
Ensures proactive communication with stakeholders and the exchange of the required information between operations and the customer organization.
