About The Position

The Production Planner provides support and assistance to customers regarding delivery and collection of supplied tools and documentation of complete job packages. The role involves resolving customer inquiries, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer service. The position requires an understanding of downhole tools and the industry, strong computer skills, and effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma.
• Previous experience in a customer support role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information effectively.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in SAP tools and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Understanding of downhole tools and the industry.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to identify tool requirements and provide accurate product recommendations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
• Monitor and report parts lead times and changes on a day-to-day basis.
• Participate in HSE/SQ meetings, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and build customer relationships.
• Assist in developing and implementing standardized processes and procedures to improve customer support operations.
• Collaborate with the product development team to share insights and feedback on customer requirements and market needs.
• Report unsafe behaviors to the immediate supervisor or safety representative.
• Stop operations or product/service delivery when an immediate risk to personnel, the environment, company property, or product/service quality exists.
