This role will be based onsite at our brand-new facility in Murfreesboro and reporting to our Scheduling Supervisor. JOB SUMMARY: Data entry, schedule, and maintain and create work orders and sales orders needed for the plant. Maintain production dispatches and assist in areas needed and track key measures.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Two plus years of related work experience in production planning or scheduling

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and JD Edwards

Responsibilities

  • Data entry and schedule orders and update the ERP system
  • Maintain sales order dates and configurations.
  • Monitor sales order email inbox
  • Create material requestions to support build and special requests
  • Produce shopfloor paperwork
  • Track key measures
  • Assist in maintaining parts list due to change notices
