About The Position

DCX-CHOL Enterprises Inc. is a leading source for high performance interconnect products. We design, engineer, and produce cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, conduit assemblies, custom connectors, wire enclosures and much more! We are privately held American owned Small Business made up of five (5) vertically integrated manufacturing and assembly divisions, each with their own history, specializations and products. We are looking for dependable, fast paced, hard-working individuals with experience as a Production Scheduler with the following qualifications and experience: Production Schedulers use their knowledge of the production process to comprehend reports and make recommendations about where improvements might be made. Help ensure that company objectives are achieved and that all deadlines are met. They must be able to multitask and provide quick responses to production problems. As generating reports and schedules may require the use of software, Production Schedulers must have an aptitude for computers. Inputs information into ERP reporting correct, missing and incoming parts.

Requirements

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to create and understand reports in order to recommend production changes.
Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems.
Ability to solve problems swiftly with little or no direct supervision.
Able to work quickly and accurately in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Must be self-motivated and detail oriented with a sense of urgency.
Experience with industry software as Syteline, ORACLE, SAP, Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

Print and distribute production job orders for multiple work centers, while ensuring all job order links are connected and accurate.
Review inventory stocking levels to ensure production begins on schedule.
Confirm Job Orders, Drawings, and Inspection Records match, prior to release to production.
Provide rapid responses to production issues.
Identify problems and help improve processes.
Use software to generate reports and schedules.
Ensure that company deadlines are met
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized.
Participates in training, safety, and quality programs.
Enforces DCX-CHOL Enterprises policies and safety practices.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
