Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing materials, planning, and scheduling, or an Associate degree with 5-7 years of related experience.
Continuous improvement systems and processes
Strong MS Excel skills

Responsibilities

Develop production schedules to provide on time delivery of finished goods for customer orders.
Review part requirements generated by MRP, or Kanban triggers and utilize Pall’s Enterprise System (SAP) to evaluate component material requirements for internal manufacturing consumption as well as external customer orders.
Release manufacturing production orders and communicate effectively with operations personnel and supervisors on the status of schedule delays, customer expedites or cancellations, and schedule attainment concerns.
Provide production lead times based on material lead times, production capacity, and capability.
Collaborate with necessary functions that will assist in determining the appropriate response to the customer or sales entity.
Controls cost, quality, schedule, inventory and health, safety & environmental activities for the location.
