Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-year professional work experience in a manufacturing or related environment is required.
  • Experience in enterprise business systems and business software such as SAP
  • Ability to inspire, cultivate innovation, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Possess a customer-centric mentality coupled with the ability to network and establish relationships.
  • Motivated individual who collaborates well with others and is adept at solving problems.
  • Must be meticulous, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is strongly preferred.
  • Supply chain planning and/or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Project Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develops, organizes, and owns the allocation of finished goods, bulk products, supporting materials, and workflow processes to ensure optimal client service levels, minimal inventory investment, and maximum plant efficiency.
  • Leverage all available data, tools, and resources (SAP Planning System, PlanetTogether Scheduling System, etc.) to create inferences, assumptions, and forecasts to meet scheduled commits.
  • Acts as the central planning focal point for assigned project portfolio and serve as the primary planning contact for the lifecycle management of commercial products and product development transfers.
  • Responsible for sales unit forecasting, master scheduling planning (process orders), material requirements, batch material readiness, shop floor scheduling (dispatch list), and ensuring the execution of manufacturing/packaging batch approvals.
  • Leads carrier coordination and ensures the on-time shipment of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional department representatives to maintain a relationship-based influential partnership and build and maintain customer allegiance.
