About The Position

Wil-Ro, Inc. is seeking a Production Painter for its manufacturing facility. Requirements

Familiarity with different types of paint
Comfortable with single-stage urethane paint
Understanding of application systems (gravity-feed paint gun, pressure-fed paint system, bedliner)
Detail-oriented and a focus on quality
Comfortable working in high-heat environments
Must wear OSHA standard respirator mask while painting.
Must comply with OSHA standards for facial hair requirements.

Responsibilities

Production painting in a manufacturing environment
Bodywork and prep experience
Wet sanding and buffing experience
Mixing paint according to manufacturer guidelines
Cleanliness of workspace and equipment
