About The Position

This dual-role position is responsible for supporting production operations by packing finished goods while also maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, workplace safety, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing, packing, or custodial work preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to complete bloodborne pathogen training
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Pack bags into boxes efficiently as they come off the production line
• Inspect products to ensure quality and food safety standards are met
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain production flow
• Support safe, cost-effective, and high-quality operations
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules throughout the facility
• Clean offices, restrooms, cafeterias, production areas, and grounds
• Maintain compliance with SQF and GMP food safety standards
• Track and manage cleaning supply inventory
• Assist with unexpected clean-up needs or events
