About The Position

We are seeking dependable team members who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment. This role involves packaging and preparing cheese products for distribution, supporting efficient overnight manufacturing operations. The position is based on the production floor and includes assisting with packaging equipment, product handling, quality inspections, and maintaining food safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when production requires.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package finished cheese products according to production specifications.
• Supply packaging materials to production lines as needed.
• Monitor products for quality, appearance, and proper labeling.
• Box, stack, palletize, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Support line changeovers and sanitation activities between production runs.
• Keep production areas clean, organized, and compliant with GMP requirements.
• Complete required production records and documentation accurately.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work in multiple production areas based on daily operational needs.
• Assist other departments and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
