About The Position

Mammoth Distribution is hiring full-time Production & Packaging Associates for its cannabis production operation in North Hollywood, California. Associates work on the production line, package orders, and help keep operations accurate and efficient. Cannabis experience is not required; training is provided. The position is full-time, on the day shift, Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and pays $20 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic English proficiency to follow instructions and coordinate with the team.
Reliable and consistent attendance Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Positive, team-oriented attitude; punctuality and dependability.
Attention to detail and patience for repetitive tasks.
Ability to remain on your feet for the entire 8-hour shift.
Ability to lift items weighing 15 to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Full range of motion to bend, reach, twist, push, pull, grasp, squeeze, and pinch.
Manual dexterity to operate hand tools and machinery.
Ability to stay focused and accurate during repetitive tasks.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of production, assembly, packaging, or general labor experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy to meet daily quotas.
Complete repetitive packaging tasks, including box assembly, packing, and labeling.
Ensure products meet quality standards and follow written and verbal work instructions.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety guidelines.
Report safety hazards to management and attend required safety and production training.
Rotate into different departments and roles as directed and adapt to shifting priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
