About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring 1st and 2nd Shift Production Operators for a manufacturing company in Lake Forest, CA. As a Production Operators you will: Job Description Day to Day Responsibilities Work in manufacturing shop environment Responsible for tube bending for production of fuel tanks and pressure vessels Tend to various industrial rotating machinery ensuring that production process goes smoothly Load and unload raw materials as needed Ensure that correct composites, fibers, and resin is being used Support filament winding process by squeezing resin onto surfaces as needed and cleaning the tools Assist in rotational molding (Rotomolding) by prepping fine powder materials to filling the molds Secure the mold before starting rotation process and remove molded part after rotation is complete Assist in "Boss Recovery" inspecting and addressing any imperfections or defects on raised plastic features (bosses) of molded parts Inspect for thinness, uneven thickness, or sharp edges Assemble tubing parts and install foam domes Assist in packaging as needed to prepare tanks for shipment This is a Full-Time Temp-to-Hire opportunity

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of using assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly process.
• Skilled in warehouse tasks such as loading/unloading

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Automobile mechanic experience
• Ability to operate a forklift
