You’ll join a hardworking manufacturing team in Milwaukee, WI , where each member plays a key role in safely running equipment, delivering output to customer expectations, and supporting a smooth operational flow. Your work directly contributes to a dependable production process and a collaborative, safety‑first environment. The Role & Your Impact As a Production Operator, you will run at least one full production line, ensuring equipment is set up, operated, and maintained safely and efficiently. You will serve as the primary contact for your line, helping ensure quality standards, smooth daily operations, and effective communication. Your impact will be felt across quality, safety, and team success.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to follow detailed SOP instructions and work independently when required.
  • Comfort supervising operators and temp workers assigned to your production line.
  • Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and maintain high safety and quality awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment (forklifts, mixers, fillers, conveyors, labelers, and related utility/safety equipment).
  • Manage manufacturing and packaging operations for your production line, including delegating tasks to operators and temp workers as appropriate.
  • Provide clear, concise communication when giving direction and answering questions.
  • Seek support from other departments when behind schedule or as needed.
  • Generate and help complete all paperwork associated with your production line.
  • Revise and maintain SOPs with current best practices, requesting senior operator support when needed.
  • Maintain your production line using quality and safety standards.
