SUMMARY Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Production Operator plays a vital role in producing, packaging, and preparing Grillo’s high-quality food products in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. This role is ideal for dependable, team-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods of time.
Dependable and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.

Reliable attendance and strong communication skills.
Safety-focused mindset with willingness to follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor food production equipment to ensure smooth, efficient operation.
Prepare, package, and label pickles and related products according to company standards.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet established specifications.
Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation policies to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Accurately complete daily production, quality, and sanitation records.
Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties, including equipment and floor sanitation.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet daily schedules.
Adhere to all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Maintain an organized workspace and assist teammates as needed to keep production flowing.
Perform additional duties as assigned that support the success of the production team.
