About The Position

Vericast is seeking a Production Operator to join their manufacturing printing team. This is a full-time, day shift position with 12-hour shifts. The work environment is temperature-controlled, bright, and clean, operating on a team-based structure. The role involves operating production equipment, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining records. Vericast is a financial institution performance partner that helps banks and credit unions drive growth and efficiency through data and technology.

Requirements

Entry level position.
No experience required.
Regular standing, kneeling, bending, walking, and stooping.
Must be able to stand for 12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

Operate various production equipment monitoring overall performance, efficiency and quality.
Troubleshoot system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur.
Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted.
Maintains production, efficiency and quality records.
Other duties as assigned.
