About The Position

We are seeking Production Operator Packers for our night shift to support our fast-growing operations. New hires will receive thorough onboarding and training with many opportunities for career advancement. These positions are responsible for running and maintaining extrusion and/or injection mold lines. We offer a higher starting rate for candidates with related experience. Our customers are in industries such as medical products, development infrastructure, and water treatment. Requirements

• Basic math skills required
• Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
• Technical aptitude
• Support of other team members

• Good attendance
• Must pass a background check
• Must participate in E-Verify to confirm work authorization

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and packing customer jobs and work order runs
• Performing & recording quality checks according to the job specs
• Packaging and label according to the job specs
• Manage work process through use of the iQMS system
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
• Running and maintaining extrusion and/or injection mold lines
