About The Position

We are hiring Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for 12-hour shifts, including part-time and PRN opportunities. These roles are ideal for individuals who prefer longer, consistent shifts while building strong, one-on-one relationships with clients. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Dependable, patient, and able to manage longer shifts
Compassionate, professional, and attentive
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA preferred; willing to train the right candidate
Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
Ensuring client safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the day
Building strong, consistent relationships with clients and their families
