Machine Operator – Day Shift Pay, Bonus & Schedule Starting Pay: $21.00+ based on experience Built-In Overtime: 3-2-2-3 schedule includes overtime in your regular rotation Quarterly Gainsharing Bonus: Eligible day one Pay Growth: Multiple increases within your first 2 years Weekly Pay: Get paid every Thursday Position Details Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Schedule: 3-2-2-3 rotation Work 3 days → Off 2 → Work 2 → Off 3 Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend Location: 3700 W Milwaukee Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53208 What You’ll Do As a Machine Operator, you’ll be hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment: Operate and set up production lines Perform welding, packaging, and quality inspections Move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes Support safe, efficient production to meet customer needs Previous machine operating experience is a plus, but not required.
