About The Position

The Opportunity: Conducts routine manufacturing tasks by following strict guidelines and standardized procedures to ensure operational consistency and efficiency. Tasks include container preparation, bulk and non-bulk filling, and other production capacities as assigned. Communicates essential information related to manufacturing operations, requiring minimal explanation or interpretation. Maintains adherence to safety protocols and quality standards, contributing to seamless production workflows. Resolves issues with clearly defined and prescribed solutions, while additional support is readily available if required. What we’re looking for Education: High School diploma or GED preferred. Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitors the production process system to ensure proper operation.
Inspects, checks, and documents production activities.
Ensures safety, quality of workmanship, efficiency, and timeliness when performing the assigned work.
Use and maintain equipment in good working order and report any abnormalities in a timely fashion.
Maintains working areas organized and clean to ensure work efficiency and safety.
Follows materials management practices that meet safety standards while minimizing wastage.
Reports security and/or health and safety infractions or potential infractions in a timely manner and to the appropriate contacts.
Participate in inventory cycle count programs and accurately record results.
May participate in shipping and receiving activities, as necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned.
