This position is responsible for daily operations of the production floor; ensuring the shift meets established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all applicable legal and food safety requirements. The schedule is a 2-2-3 rotation on days, with a starting pay of $21/hr. The role involves ensuring product adheres to Niagara’s standard of safety, quality, and throughput, completing quality and production reports, performing physical and visual inspections, adhering to safety programs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintaining housekeeping, ensuring adequate raw materials, troubleshooting minor production line issues, and performing relief duties. Regular and predictable attendance is essential, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule is required.
