About The Position

Join Novonesis as an Operator on our Stick Pack team in Wausau, Wisconsin. You will be part of a team of six operators responsible for producing high-quality powdered products on multiple packaging lines while supporting Novonesis' commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence. Together, the team ensures safe, efficient production that helps deliver innovative biosolutions to customers around the world. The role & your impact As an Operator, you will play a key role in manufacturing safe, high-quality products while ensuring production goals are achieved. This hands-on operational role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to operate powered lift equipment or obtain certification.
  • Knowledge of GMP requirements and safe work practices.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to use basic computer applications; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Produce safe, high-quality stick pack powder products on multiple machine lines.
  • Prioritize daily tasks to optimize production output and schedule attainment.
  • Troubleshoot, operate, and monitor production equipment.
  • Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning activities.
  • Complete quality checks and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Support safe and efficient manufacturing operations while collaborating with team members.
