About The Position

Responsibilities

Follow company Standard Operating Procedures, batch tickets, and process sheets.
Follow company safety policies.
Operate equipment used to fill batches, including the Automated Pail Filling Room, scales/load cells, mixers, filling pumps, and filling machines.
Fill finished goods into appropriate containers according to customer-specific IDIOS and create container labels.
Operate a forklift to move materials.
Participate on improvement teams and submit ideas.
Identify potentially off-quality products during processing and initiate corrective actions through the established abnormal-process procedure.
Use SAP, Microsoft Access Database, and Microsoft Office to complete orders in the SPP process.
Maintain housekeeping in production areas and maintain all equipment.
Perform job activities in Operations areas outside of SPP as required.
Move waste from the generation point to the 90-day Storage Area.
Close and label waste containers according to NPAA procedures.
