About The Position

Charter Manufacturing is seeking a Production Operator for their 81st Street facility, specifically in the Sort and Pack Department. This role involves operating multiple high-powered machines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented production environment. The facility produces parts for global customers with a strong focus on quality. The Sort and Pack Department Operators are responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency by packing parts, identifying machine issues, and collaborating to maintain production flow. Successful candidates will possess a keen eye for detail and be effective team players.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Must be able to meet the minimum physical requirements of the job, with or without accommodation
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously is required
