This role involves working in a fast-paced, 24/7 food manufacturing environment with a 12-hour shift rotation. Production Operators are key to ensuring product quality and efficient operation of production lines.

Requirements

• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 food manufacturing environment
• Experience with equipment operation, preferably in the food industry
• Understanding and adherence to quality control procedures
• Excellent communication skills to effectively work with team members
• Ability to train and mentor new staff members
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve production line issues
• Good record-keeping skills to accurately document process operations
• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
